I have lived here for over 20 years, the town is still great but the character has changed tremendously-very precious and pricey now. I couldn't afford my own neighborhood if I were buying now. Planning to move out in a few years because of it.
We like the lighthouses and beaches. About a dozen unnecessary coffee shops have opened up, which to me only highlights the tedious hipsterism that permeates the town now.
