I don't know where exactly you're getting your info from, but I'm from New Albany, and there's not a single bar there, besides the one you'll find in a Mexican restaurant. This is because we just recently became wet. Also, that's not even a picture of New Albany! Ha. That being said, it is one of the most redneck towns I've ever been in.
