I thought it was a fine town but it's really run down and since it's right next to a bustling college town, most of the people who live there are below a certain poverty level that most people are comfortable living around. There seems to be mostly commercial growth, which leaves the residential areas feeling random and it's driving the prices up but for cheap and under-maintained homes and apartments.
There's great shopping, restaurants and places for entertainment. I just definitely would never live there.
